Payment is due at time of order placement, no refunds, exchanges or substitutions once the order has been placed.
Delivery Policies
We cannot be responsible for packages left in doorways, pick up notices left when no one is home, or for slow mail delivery systems on campuses or businesses.
Deliveries can be made to the United States only.
Our products can be delivered using Two Day, Next Day, or Saturday Delivery service.
Most shippers assess a $10.00 fee for each incorrect delivery address. Any changes to the address information AFTER the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge to your credit card.
All addresses MUST be complete with the correct name, company name, street number, apartment/room/suite number, building number, floor number, city, state, and zip code.
Shippers cannot change an address in mid route – only after the first attempt at delivery has been made.
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
We are unable to accept requests for delivery at specific times of day.
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. This is at the discretion of the driver. Additional charges apply
For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be re-attempted the next business day, and additional charges may apply.
