These recordings bypass the typical production gloss of the era, opting instead for an intimate “living room” energy that reveals the raw artistry of the performers. What was once a local artifact is now a timeless showcase of stripped-back regional music, featuring standouts from: Hans Olson, Chuck Hall, Gigi Dixon, Brian Page, genepool, Kevin McNally and Cliff Sarde.
