Georgia based Rock band Affordable Lawn Care released their debut album “Giants” in 1996. The record quickly drew comparisons to fellow Georgians R.E.M. The band’s jangly Alt-Rock sound garnered praise from cult publications such as “Tangents” and “Indie File.” A great record, with a great buzz, allowed Affordable Lawn Care to hold down prestigious gigs including the legendary Athens establishment The 40 Watt Club. Their success parlayed into extensive tours throughout the East Coast. “Giants” is now in the loving hands of Fervor Records.
