960s-1970s label from Phoenix, Arizona.
Floyd Ramsey owned Ramsey’s Recording Studio at 3703 N. 7th Street, which he renamed Audio Recorders, Arizona in late 1957. He also owned several record labels including Liberty Bell Records and Ramco, and was a co-owner of Old Timer Records and Rev.
The Ramco, Liberty Bell Records, MCI, Rev, Blue Ram labels and Desert Palms Pub. Co./Renda Music were purchased by John P. Dixon in 2006.
Sometimes also credited for company roles as “A Ramco Production” or “A Supraphon/Ramco Production” ; in this case, do NOT confuse with Ramco Production (for Russian classical recordings).
