Cosmic Kiss

1980s Canadian alternative outfit UKAŠE displays a unique blend of raw power and honest emotion on the Fervor Records retrospective “Cosmic Kiss.” Formed in London, Ontario in 1985, the band was fronted by three women, Roze White (lead vocals), Christine deVeber (guitar/vocals), and Dianne McPherson (guitar/vocals), and rounded out by a male rhythm section Darryl Vachon (bass), and Steve Vachon (drums). Inspired by the psychedelic rock of the late 60s, the band’s unique vocal style and raw guitar work gave UKAŠE their signature sound. In 1986 they  recorded their single “The Rain b/w The Runaway.” Both songs are included in “Cosmic Kiss,” which is a collection of their original 1980s recordings. Fervor Records is proud to present UKAŠE to a new generation of listeners.
