Lowell, Michigan’s Alive & Well was active in the 1970s and 1980s. The dance-oriented septet played venues throughout the Midwest and opened for a wide variety of headliners including Dottie West, Jim Stafford, Rare Earth, and Donnie and Marie Osmond. Fervor Records is now home to the band’s eponymously titled 1980 debut album.
