Part Glam, part straight up Rock and Roll, Dahcotah was hugely popular on the 1970s Midwest touring circuit. Dahcotah was led by vocalist/keyboardist Randy Miller and guitarist Gale Maag. The boys were prolific songwriters and recorded a slew of songs in the area’s finest studios. The group garnered plenty of label attention but only found one release, a 45 on Cognito Records. Ultimately record labels made promises they didn’t keep and the continued strain got the best of the talented and highly creative band. Fervor Records was lucky enough to unearth the band’s incredible studio efforts from the 1970s and is proud to re-introduce Dahcotah to music fans everywhere.
