The Terrible Parade

Cleveland, Ohio’s The Terrible Parade formed in 1982 at the height of the New Wave movement. Singer-songwriter, Alan Grandy, the creative force behind the group, weaved elements of Folk, Psychedelia, Power Pop, and Rock to fuse the band’s identifiable sound. In 1990 The Terrible Parade recorded “Where Were You When the Lights Went Out” originally released on Presto! Records. The LP quickly gained traction with consistent critical acclaim from the likes of the Alternative Press, CMJ, Melody Maker, and Billboard Magazine. “Where Were You When the Lights Went Out” has now found a home at Fervor Records where the label proudly perpetuates the legacy of The Terrible Parade.
