Chino, California-based rock band Branch Estate career spanned the late 1960s through the early 1970s. Led by prolific songwriter/keyboardist/vocalist Martie Echito, the band’s sound fits wonderfully amongst some of the music industry giants of the era. Lush harmonies, swirling keyboards, driving percussion, and uplifting lyrics permeate Branch Estate’s sound. In 1970 the band hit the studio with renowned recording engineer Bob Kovach. Kovach was also cranking out records with a diverse group of artists including Little Feat, Keith Jarrett, The Partridge Family, Ry Cooder and Wayne Newton to name a few. Bob Kovach brilliantly captured the band’s distinct sound on the single “The Love We Share” b/w “On A Free Sunday Afternoon” which originally found release on the Carousel label. Branch Estate’s music now resides at Fervor Records.
