1950s-1960s label from Phoenix, Arizona. Formed in June of 1955 by Connie Conway, Paul Humlee, Jimmy Wilcox (2) and George Welch as Music Counselors, Inc. dba MCI Records. The label was later sold to Floyd Ramsey and purchased by John P. Dixon in 2006. In 1956 MCI Records issued Sanford Clark – The Fool, the first hit record to come out of Phoenix, AZ.
