Blues aficionados will recognize the name Nelsen Adelard. A true lifer, Adelard turned pro at the tender age of 15, traveling the east coast playing all manner of joints, dives, and bars – often the seedier the better. During his acclaimed career, Adelard has shared the stage with the likes of The Blues Brothers’ own Matt “Guitar” Murphy, Muddy Waters, James Cotton, and Pine Top Perkins. Like several other artists in the Fervor family, Adelard was produced by Doc Cavalier at Trod Nossel Studios in Connecticut.
