HBO, The Deuce, and Fervor Records
Two 1968 Soul classics, from the well curated cache of Fervor Records period recordings, will appear in HBO’s “The Deuce.”
In 1981 the CelestialStarBand hit the studio to record their Earth, Wind & Fire inspired tune “Majik.” In 2017 the Epix series “Get Shorty” will feature the song in Episode 106: “Safehouse.” Enjoy “Get Shorty” on September 18th and look for CelestialStarBand’s “Majik” on an upcoming Fervor Records re-issue!
