The Best of Dick Flood_Dick Flood_2014

Nashville Country Music Hall Of Fame star Dick Flood rose to prominence as a member of Columbia Records recording artists, The Country Lads. A regular gig on The Jimmy Dean Show led to a fruitful relationship with Monument Records. Dick’s tunes were cut by the likes of Roy Orbison, Anita Bryant, The Holidays & Billy Graves. Flood ultimately landed a #1 hit with George Hamilton & banked a Top 40 hit as an artist with the label. Relocating to Nashville, Dick scored regular appearances at The Grand Ole Opry and Ernest Tubb’s hit TV show. In 1961 Dick inked with Epic Records and racked up 2 more Top 40 hits. By 1965 Flood signed with Kapp Records cranking out 4 more releases. Fervor Records is proud to offer up this amazing collection of rare deep cuts on The Best Of Dick Flood: 1961 – 1967!  SpotifyiTunes
