The Romeos are best known for their 1980 hit single “Seriously Affected” from the David Paitch (Toto, Boz Scaggs) produced album “Rock and Roll and Love and Death” on Columbia Records. After several solid years of national tours and a couple hit singles, the band cashed it in. However The Romeos bandleader, lead singer and main songwriter, Jerry Honigman, had a few of the band’s lesser known tunes in his archives which have found a home at Fervor Records. The Romeos embody the Rock N’ Roll spirit of the late 70s and early 80s with their straight ahead, no-nonsense delivery and Honigman’s impressive Jagger-esque vocals.
