Go To The Way Way Back In Theaters This Weekend With 1970’s Fervor Vintage

New Summer road trip comedy The Way, Way Back, hits theaters today starring Steve Carell, Toni Collette, Sam Rockwell, Maya Rudolph, plus many more; and it features two 1970’s songs from the Fervor Vintage Masters series.

From the makers of Juno and Little Miss Sunshine, the new film originally premiered at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, but will see a nationwide theatrical release across the USA this weekend.

One of the underground classics you’ll hear is the quintessential 70’s Honky-Tonk Rock of Sandy Szigeti, in his 1974 recording Bringin’ It Home.  The track recently became available on the Fervor Records Vintage Masters release Make The People Sing.

The other is a deep 1971 Soul cut from Henry Ford called Take Me For What I Am, which is available on the Fervor Records collection Vintage Soul 1967-1985.

So if you make it out to the theaters and get to catch the latest edition of the quirky comedies, listen for the warm vintage sounds of Sandy Szigeti and Henry Ford.
