When it comes to the Glam/Metal scene of the 1980s Geronimo! was a veritable super group. Guitarist David Michael-Phillips (King Kobra, Keel, Lizzy Borden, Icon), bassist Johnny Rod (W.A.S.P., King Cobra), and drummer John Sotelo (Intruders), built the band around newcomer Thomas Adam Kelly and his raw, passionate vocals. The band was rounded out by the harmonies and slick guitar work of Patrick K. Leigh. The music screams of the glory days of the 1980s Sunset Strip for good reason, Geronimo! was an institution packing venues such as The Whiskey A-Go-Go, Gazarri’s, and Coconut Teaser during one of Metal’s most important eras. Geronimo!’s self titled 1988 Glam Metal masterpiece has found a home at Fervor Records and continues to rack up film and television licensing credits.
