Hailing from Des Moines, Iowa, Midwest powerhouse Split Decision Band crushed dance floors with their high energy brand of Disco, Funk, and R&B. By the mid-1980s the band caught the attention of record producer and label owner, Lawrence Carroll. Lawrence signed the group to record two of his original compositions: The uptempo party song “Get With It” and the intimate R&B ballad “Love Maker.” Both tunes now reside at Fervor Records and have been heard by millions in TV shows including Netflix’s On My Block and Lethal Weapon.
